This adorable little holiday property is all about location.  Neat and tidy, it has lovely views from the verandah, which can be enjoyed while relaxing on the outdoor setting or cooking a BBQ.  

Pretty Bay Beach is a leisurely stroll away and is a dog friendly beach. Other beaches in the area including McKenzies and Rosedale are also dog friendly at certain times. This property is not fenced; however your dog is welcome.

MID: $750 pw.

PEAK: Dec & Jan School Holidays, Easter (4 Night Minimum).
HIGH: Dec, Jan, School Holidays, June Long Weekend (3 Night Minimum).
MID: Feb, Mar, Apr, Sept, Oct, Nov.
LOW: May, Jun, Jul, Aug.
